Zenrate is a free currency converter web application that provides real-time exchange rates, business expense reporting tools, and cryptocurrency conversion. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

2. Not Financial Advice

Exchange rates displayed by Zenrate are mid-market rates for informational purposes only. They are not financial advice and may differ from actual transaction rates. Zenrate does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Always verify rates with your bank or exchange service before making financial decisions.

3. User Accounts

Account creation is optional. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Zenrate may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Content

By submitting exchange rates via the Exchange Finder, you grant Zenrate a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that data to improve the service. You represent that submitted data is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

5. Prohibited Use

• Automated scraping or data harvesting
• Submitting false or misleading exchange rates
• Attempting to compromise the security of the service
• Using the service for money laundering or other illegal activities

6. Limitation of Liability

Zenrate shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. This includes financial losses resulting from reliance on exchange rate data.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
